A testimonial statement is very important for the purpose of business. On the website, you can display testimonials in the Testimonial Carousel widget with the grid, carousel, or slider layouts. Below, I’ll show you how you can use the Testimonial Carousel for your business purpose.
So, let’s go ahead.
To Insert Widget
Like the screenshot above, drag the Elementor Testimonial Carousel widget inside your page to start customizing it the way you want.
Using the Content Tab, you’ll be able to make a layout of a particular part of a website. And in this regard, some handy sections in the tab will assist you a lot in designing the testimonial slider.
Now, I’m going to show the sections of the tab and how they work behind the widget.
In this section, you can set to Layout (Twyla, Vyxo, or Default) of the Testimonial Carousel.
Using the switcher On/Off options, you will be able to manage the content of the Testimonial especially the Meta Multiline switcher(the switcher will allow you to show meta tag in multiple lines). Also, you might increase the number of columns. See the screenshot.
Simply go to Content tab > Navigation.
Using this section, you can mainly design the symbol of navigation(such as dots, arrows,). Mostly, use two switcher buttons Dynamic Bullets? and Show Scrollbar? to make the bullets icon dynamic on the clients testimonials.
N.B: If you want to hide the arrow on mobile. Just, uncheck Hide Arrow on Mobile? On/Off option.
This section works for setting the source location of data that you need to display by the reference like Author, Categories, Tags, and Formats. The references can be different in accordance with the source location. Read more
A. Go to Source ➤ next select data location( Manual Selection)
B. Set Posts Limit (such as 10).
C. Then, select categories from the Categories field.
D. Order By and Order controls are here to arrange the data you want to display through Random, Title, Date order wisely, and also with ascending or descending order.
From this section, you will be able to select the layout (Carousel / Coverflow)
You know the Panel Slider widget is animation-supported. From this section, you will be able to manipulate five more switcher buttons (Autoplay, Pause on Hover, Loop, Autoplay Speed, Infinite Loop, Animation Speed, Observer, and Center Slide).
The most important things in this section are the Animation Speed(it will control slide speed) and Loop(make the slider repeated) of the Testimonial Carousel widget.
On the other hand, Infinite Loop will make the carousel repeatable ever. Observe the photo above.
Additionally, there is a new option since Element Pack 5.2.0 update that adds more sliders per column, looking like a grid formation.
Now, let’s work with the Style Tab. The tab will easily have you style the web content (text, image, video, etc.) of the page you require to design the testimonial slider.
Styling with the tab in Elementor will always give you a fantastic experience.
Let’s have a look.
Go to the Style Tab > Item > Normal.
Go to the Style Tab > Item > Hover.
In this section, you might generally adjust Item Gap and set Border, Border Radius, and Padding. You can also set shadow with carousel using enabling the Shadow Mode. Take a look at the photo.
The important thing is the Background color and Box shadow that you can set in both Normal and Hover mode for the Elementor Testimonial Carousel widget.
Go to the Style tab > Image.
This section will let you add Border, Border Radius, and Margin to the testimonial image.
Title, Address and Text
Go to the sections one by one.
In these three sections, you might do the same things such as adding Text color, Background from the Background Type (Classic/ Gradient), and Typography. Take a look at the image above.
Simply, go to the Style tab > Rating.
Here, from this section, you can add the normal and active color of the Rating for the clients testimonials.
Using this section, with the demonstration showing in the screenshot, you can mainly design the arrows and dots. Simply go to Navigation to Arrows Size > Dots Size > Arrows Offset > Dots Offset.
From this sub-section, you can style the scrollbar. As you can see in the image above.
In conclusion, it seems that you’ve read this article and found it very useful. If you want to know more about the widget, you can watch the video on Testimonial Carousel Widget by Bdthemes and also go to our demo page.
