Refund Clauses

  • Clause 5 — Special promotions:Purchases made during special promotional events (such as sale events with pre-defined conditions) are subject to the promotion’s own refund rules and may not qualify for a standard refund outside the parameters of that promotion.

Automatic Renewal Policy

Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Upon expiry, you will lose access to product downloads and premium support. Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may disable auto-renewal at any time before expiration through your account dashboard at store.bdthemes.com.

Special Promotion Event Refunds

Purchases made during special events (e.g., Wheel of Fortune or limited-time bundle promotions) are governed by the event’s own rules:

  • Refund requests must be made during the active offer period.
  • Requests submitted after the offer closes will be rejected.
  • Last-day purchases may be refunded within 24 hours after the offer ends.
  • Refund claims are processed within up to 4 business days; our support team may follow up.
  • Suspicious or abusive refund requests during promotions will be denied.
