In this documentation, we will show you how to customize the Welsh List widget presented by the Ultimate Post Kit add-on.
Insert Welsh list Widget
Open your page in Elementor editor, search by the Welsh List widget name, then drag and drop it.
The default view of Welsh List
The Welsh List displays the post publish Date, Featured Image, Category, Title, Text, and Read More Button arranged like a magazine made of posts.
Content Tab Customization
Layout Section
Go to Content > Layout
Find the Columns, Row Gap, Image Size, and Alignment options.
Query Section
Go to Content > Query
Find the Item Limit and Source (Posts, Pages, Landing Pages, FAQ, Portfolio, etc.) options.
Also, find the Include > Include By and Terms filters. Include filter helps show only selected posts.
Exclude filter does exactly the opposite of the Include filter and helps hide selected posts.
Then find the Offset, Date, Order By, Order, Ignore Sticky Posts, Only Featured Image Post, and Query ID options.
Additional Section
Go to Content > Additional
Find the Title and Title HTML Tag, Show Text, Text Limit, Strip Shortcode, Show Category, Read More, Show Date, Reading Time, Pagination, and Item Wrapper Link options.
Style Tab Customization
Items Section
Go to Style > Items
Find the Content Padding option on the top. In Normal subsection, find the Background Type, Gradient > Color, and Location, Second Color, and Location, Type, and Angle options.
Also find the Border Type, Border Radius, Padding, and Box Shadow options.
In Hover subsection, find Background Type, Border Color, and Box Shadow options.
Title Section
Go to Style > Title
Find the Style (underline/overline & middle underline/overline), Color, Hove Color, Spacing, Typography, and Text Shadow options.
Text Section
Go to Style > Text
Find the Color, Typography, and Margin options.
Category Section
Go to Style > Category
Find the Spacing option at the top and for Normal subsection, find the Color, Background Type, Color, Border Type, Border Radius, Padding, Space Between, Box Shadow, and Typography options.
Find the text Color, Background Type, and Border Color in Hover subsection.
Date Section
Go to Style > Date
Find the Color and Typography options for Day.
Also find the Color, Typography, and Spacing options for Month.
Then find the Width, Color, and Spacing options for Line.
Read More Section
Go to Style > Read More
Find the Color and Hover Color options.
