In this documentation, we will discuss the customization of the BbPress Single Tag widget, brought to you by the Element Pack Pro addon for Elementor.
Enable The BbPress Single Tag Widget
To use the BbPress Single Tag widget from Element Pack Pro, first, you have to enable the widget.
- Go to WordPress dashboard > Element Pack Pro Plugin dashboard.
- Then, Click the 3rd Party Widgets Tab.
- Search the BbPress Single Tag Widget Name.
- Enable the BbPress Single Tag Widget.
- Hit the Save Settings Button.
Note: To use this widget in the Elementor editor, you need to install the BbPress Plugin separately.
Inserting the BbPress Single Tag widget
1. Go to the Elementor Editor Page and Hit the “+” icon Button.
2. Search the BbPress Single Tag widget.
3. Drag the widget and drop it on the editor page.
Work With The Content Tab
Layout Section
Go to Content > Layout
1. Topic Tags: You can select the topic atgs you want to customize with this option.
2. Show Breadcrumb: Enable the switcher to show the breadcrumb to the audience.
(Note: To customize the tag in the editor, create a topic with tags first from the dashboard.)
Work with The Style Tab
Breadcrumb Section
Go to Style > Breadcrumb
1. Color: You can change the breadcrumb text color with this option.
2. Hover Color: You can change the breadcrumb text’s hover color with this option.
3. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the breadcrumb field with this option.
4. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Search Section
Go to Style > Search
In this section, we have two more tabs. These are Input & Submit. Let’s start with the Input Tab –
1. Text Color: You can change the input text color with this option.
2. Background Type: You can select the background type to be classic or gradient with this option.
3. Color: You can change the background color with this option.
4. Image: You can add or change the background image with this option.
5. Border Type: You can add or change the border types with this option.
6. Border Width: Set the thickness of the border with this option.
7. Border Color: You can change the border color with this option.
8. Border Radius: This option controls the roundness of the border.
9. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the input field with this option.
10. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Now let’s proceed to the Submit Tab –
In this tab, we have two more sub section. These are Normal and Hover. Let’s start with the Normal sub section –
1. Text Color: You can change the submit text color with this option.
2. Background Type: You can change the background type to classic or gradient with this option.
3. Color: You can change the background color with this option.
4. Image: You can change the background image with this option.
5. Border Type: You can add or change the border type with this option.
6. Border Width: Set the thickness of the border with this option.
7. Border Color: You can change the border color with this option.
8. Border Radius: This option controls the roundness of the border.
9. Padding: You can adjust the submit button’s inner space with this option.
10. Margin: You can adjust the space around the search field with this option.
11. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Now let’s proceed to the Hover sub section –
12. Text Color: You can change the submit button text hover color with this option.
13. Background Type: You can select the background type to be classic or gradient with this option.
14. Color: You can change the background color with this option.
15. Image: You can change the background image with this option.
16. Border Color: You can change the border hover color with this option.
Header Section
Go to Style > Header
1. Text Color: You can change the header text color with this option.
2. Background Type: You can select the background type to be classic or gradient with this option.
3. Color: You can change the background color with this option.
4. Image: You can add or change the background image with this option.
5. Border Type: You can add and change the border type with this option.
6. Border Radius: This option controls the roundness of the border.
7. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the header field with this option.
8. Margin: You can adjust the outer space of the header field with this option.
9. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Body Section
Go to Style > Body
1. Odd Color: You can change the odd body color with this option.
2. Even Color: You can change the even body color with this option.
3. Odd/Even Border Color: You can change the odd/even border color with this option.
4. Odd/Even Padding: You can adjust the odd/even field inner space with this option.
5. Border Type: You can add and change border types with this option.
6. Border Radius: This option controls the roundness of the border.
7. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the body with this option.
8. Margin: You can adjust the outer space of the body with this option.
Forum Title Section
Go to Style > Forum Title
1. Color: You can change the forum title text color with this option.
2. Hover Color: You can change the forum title text hover color with this option.
3. Margin: You can adjust the space around the title field with this option.
4. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Voices/Posts Count Section
Go to Style > Voices/Posts Count
1. Color: You can change the voice/post text and number color with this option.
2. Padding: You can adjust the inner space of the voices/posts count field with this option.
3. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Forum Meta Section
Go to Style > Forum Meta
1. Color: You can change the forum meta text color with this option.
2. Hover Color: You can change the forum meta hover color with this option.
3. Margin: You can adjust the space around the meta text with this option.
4. Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
Pagination Section
Go to Style > Pagination
1. Text Color: You can change the pagination color with this option.
2. Text Typography: Change the font family, size, weight, transform, style, decoration, line height, letter spacing, and word spacing from here.
All done! You have successfully customized the BbPress Single Tag widget on your website.
