Like other form building plugins, the Everest Forms widget is one of them. It will offer you some ready forms like Simple Contact Form, Simple Support Form, Medical Appointment Form, and many more. Or, If you want you can start from Scratch.

Therefore, go to Dashboard > Plugins> Add New > search plugins (on the right side) > hit on the Install and Activate.
Step-2: Next, go to the Everest Forms> Add Form (choose Form, from the templates included ).
Importantly, you can create your own drag and drop form using Blank Form option for the web forms.

Everest Form Widget: A way of presenting web form
The step by step instructions and detailed pictures are here to help you get started.
To Insert Widget
Inserting the widget is just a matter of dragging and dropping. As you see in the screenshot above, drag the forms widget for Elementor inside your page.
Content Tab
The Content Tab having some handy sections will successfully get you to have a structure of the Everest Form widget.
Now, I’m going to show the sections of the Content Tab and how they work behind the widget.
Layout
In the Step-2 under the title Everest Forms, I’ve shown how to make a form using the Everest Form Plugin.
Go to the Content tab > Layout > Select Form.
Style Tab
Now, let’s work with Style Tab. The tab will confidently have you style the web content (text, image, video, etc.) of the page you require to design the WordPress form.
Styling with the Style tab in Elementor will always give you a fantastic experience.
Let’s have a look.
Label
Go to the Style tab > Label.
Here, from this section, you’ll be able to style(like adding padding, margin, and typography) the Label of the web forms. See the screenshot above.
Input Fields/ Textarea Fields
Just, go to the Style tab > Input Fields and Textarea Fields.
If you notice, you will see both sections allow the same options. The important thing is that you can set Text Color and Background Type both in terms of Normal and Focus for the Everest Forms Widget.
Another thing is Box Shadow in Normal and Focus mode.
Checkbox/Radio Field
If you add checkbox and Radio option, then you only can style. For that first add checkbox and radio option. After that, go to the style tab > Checkbox/ Radio Field.
Submit/ Send Button
This section will let you style the button. For example, Width, Box Shadow, etc. See the photo above.
Outer Field/ Form Container
If you want to style the outer side of each field of the form. You might do that just going to the Style tab > Outer Field.
Form Container
This is quite like the Outer Field section but a little bit different. Here, you can set background (color or image), shadow, and etc. for the whole form.
Response Message
This section includes two modes(Success and Validation/ Error). After submitting, if every thing is alright, the form will show success message and on the other hand will show error message. And in the terms of these modes, you can style from here.
Look at the pictures below.
Success:
Validation/ Error:
Extra Option
In this section, you will be able to control the width of the whole form. Simply, go to the Style tab > Extra Option.
