Here, I’m going to write down documentation on the Mailchimp widget in Elementor. If you face any problem while using the widget, then you are in the right place. Before diving into deep, you have to make sure the things listed below.
- To create a Mailchimp Account first.
- Then, to generate Mailchimp API Key from the account you have.
So, Let’s dig in.
Mailchimp Account Creation
If you want to use our widget mentioned in the main title, you must have an account on the site. If you somehow don’t have an account, you can have one just visiting the URL.
API Key Generation
API Key generation is too important. Without the key, you’ll be unable to take the facilities of our widget actually. You just follow the flow mentioned below.
WordPress dashboard > Element Pack > API Settings > then paste the key in the Mailchimp API Key field and list id in the Mailchimp List ID field in Mailchimp WordPress.
If you done, go to the next.
To Insert Widget
Inserting widget, it is just a matter of dragging and dropping. As you see in the screenshot above.
Content Tab
Using the content tab, you’ll be able to make a layout of a particular part of a website. And in this regard, some handy sections in the tab will assist you a lot.
Now, I’m going to show the sections of the Content Tab and how they work behind the widget.
Layout
As you see in the image above. To do that, you might go simply to the Content tab > Layout section > check all the controls. In addition, you can enable and unable the switcher buttons according to your design.
Signup Button
Go to the Content tab > Signup Button.
This section will allow you to add text for the button, icon, and also adjust the position and icon spacing.
Style Tab
It is time to work with the Style Tab. The tab will easily have you style the web content (text, image, video, etc.) of the page you want to design with the Mailchimp widget in Elementor.
Before Icon
In this section, in terms of Normal and Hover mode, you’ll be able to beautify the button as like the screenshot.
Email Field
Here, just go to the Style tab > Email Field and look at the photo above.
Sign Up Button & Signup Button Icon
Nothing more is here to do. Simply, go to the Style tab > firstly, Sing Up Button and Secondly, Signup Button Icon. See the screenshot below.

Before and After Text
You, only, go to the Style tab > Before Text & After Text,> then, add color and adjust spacing fitted you.
