The Checkout Order Bump feature of Ultimate Store Kit allows you to display a targeted product offer directly on the checkout page, just before a customer completes their purchase. Since customers are already in the buying mindset at this stage, a well-selected offer can significantly increase the average order value. Shoppers can add the recommended product to their order with a single click without leaving the checkout process, creating a seamless upselling experience.
Configuring Settings for Checkout Order Bump
The Checkout Order Bump feature is a Pro feature of the Ultimate Store Kit plugin, which means you need to install and activate the Pro version on your WordPress website to access and use it. - Start Date: Set the date when you want the campaign to become active and start displaying to your customers.
- End Date: Set the date when you want the campaign to stop running and no longer be displayed to your customers.

4. Frontend Display: Here, with this option, you can control where the upsell offer will be inserted on the checkout page relative to WooCommerce’s checkout elements. Let’s see what positions we have here –
- Before Place Order Button (Checkout Page): By selecting this position, you can display the order bump directly above the Place Order button for maximum visibility before checkout completion.
- After Place Order Button (Checkout Page): By selecting this position, you can display the order bump immediately below the Place Order button on the checkout page.
- Before Order Review (Checkout Page): By selecting this position, you can display the order bump before the Order Review section, where customers verify their cart details.
- After Checkout Form (Checkout Page): By selecting this position, you can display the order bump after the entire checkout form has been rendered.

Here, we have the targeting rules that will allow you to add conditions to the campaign to show or hide the campaign to your audience. Let’s see what options we have here –
5. You can set the targeting rules to match all or match any in this field. When you have a lot of rules, you can choose the options as preferred.

- Rule Type: Here, you can define the conditions that determine when your campaign will be displayed. A variety of rule options are available, including:
- Cart Total
- Cart Item Count
- Cart Contains Product
- Cart Contains Category
- User Logged In
- User Role
- Current Product
- Current Product Category
- Current Product Price
- Customer Order Count
- Customer Total Spent
- Day of Week
For this example, we will select one of these rule types and walk through the required setup to help you understand how campaign conditions work.

- Condition Type: Here, you can choose the condition that will be applied to the selected rule. Available options include Greater Than (>), Less Than (<), Equal To (=), and other relevant conditions depending on the selected rule type.
For example, when using the Cart Subtotal rule, you can compare values using operators such as greater than, less than, or equal to. For other rule types, you may see options such as Is and Is Not, allowing you to define more specific campaign conditions.

- Since you have selected the Cart Subtotal rule and configured the condition type, enter the required value in this field. The campaign will be triggered when the cart subtotal matches the condition you have defined.
- Add Rule: Click this option to add additional rules to your campaign and create more specific targeting conditions.
